For the heat treatment of some tubular, thin and long, thin-wall pats, it is recommended adopting the vertical structure with top or bottom charge, thus the deformation problem can be solved effectively. Horizontal and vertical structure are provided, and meanwhile various non-standard equipment can be customized.

Furnace Body

Structure of Double-Deck Cylinder, with material Carbon Steel.

Equipped with water cooling system, ensure outer shell safety to touch.

Heating Chamber

750℃ by Nickel-Chromium heating element. Equipped with high quality SS304 for reflecting screen and frame.Heating with different zone And each zone can be controlled separate.With design, to ensure the uniformity of temperature heating. Each heating zone can be disassembled separate also.

Material for Heat Treatmen

Applicable to aluminum plate-fin heat exchangers, automobile radiators, automotive air conditioning evaporators, condensers, radar network antennas and wave-guide tubes, etc.

Vacuum System

With vacuum level is 10^-3 Pa level demanding. Operate with Mechanical Pump,Roots Pump & Diffusion Pump, Three-level vacuum system. 
Under no-load/ dry degassing, it takes no more than 50 minutes to reach demand vacuum.   

The whole operation can be recorded automatically.
