Vacuum Degreasing Sintering Furnace Features

1. Seven-stage high-efficiency wax capture and quick-release wax collection system (three-stage wax collection box + four sets of wax traps): Combined with water-cooled piping, it effectively captures wax produced during negative pressure degreasing and keeps it below the carbonization temperature, preventing carbon contamination of sintered products due to wax buildup and carbonization in the under-furnace piping. This results in more stable carbon content and dimensions of the sintered products, longer pipe cleaning cycles, and reduced unnecessary labor waste. Simultaneously, the high-efficiency wax collection system minimizes the amount of wax entering the vacuum pump oil, significantly extending the pump oil's lifespan and saving production and maintenance costs. This solves problems such as incomplete dewaxing, carburization, and cumbersome wax removal in the MIM industry.


2. Uniquely designed internal and external isolation air intake system: A high-efficiency laminar flow structure, combining internal and external air intake within the graphite chamber with internal and external extraction for pressure-splitting sintering exhaust, resulting in a purer sintering atmosphere, more uniform airflow, and providing diverse airflow and sintering modes, with wider material adaptability (can sinter titanium alloys); Solves the problem of atmosphere cleanliness in the MIM industry, such as inconsistencies in size and appearance;


3. It uses imported, one-piece molded circular felt with a thickness of 50mm (thicker than the industry average of 40mm). This reduces volatile impurities, inhibiting the infiltration of free carbon into the product, which can lead to discoloration and high carbon content. It also provides better insulation, effectively reducing sintering energy consumption. For the same sintering process and furnace load, it saves 15%-20% more energy than other brands. This solves the problems of carburization, discoloration, and high energy consumption in the MIM industry. Issues such as:

Cooler with higher cooling efficiency (100% copper): A larger heat exchange area and greater water flow rate result in faster furnace cooling, shortening the production cycle and increasing production capacity; This solves the problem of slower cooling caused by thicker felt, while rapidly shortening cooling time and improving production efficiency;


5. Unique compressed air storage tank design: Enables continuous air supply for over half an hour in case of air compressor failure at the customer's site, giving the customer sufficient time to handle the situation while ensuring the safety of sintering production;


6. Graphite furnace sintering of titanium alloys: Titanium alloy sintering requires a high-purity atmosphere. Metal vacuum sintering furnaces are the traditional choice. The graphite vacuum sintering furnaces we provide to our customers also have a high-purity internal atmosphere, which can sinter titanium alloys under the required conditions;



7. Partial Pressure Sintering System and Temperature Zone Description: Partial pressure sintering (micro-positive pressure sintering) helps customers achieve better and more stable product quality. Our VSF-5620 system comes in two models: two-temperature zone and six-temperature zone. The sintered products are superior to those of the industry standard 480 model, and the loading capacity is more than 50% larger.
