Dental furnaces are very common in dental laboratories and are usually divided into porcelain and zirconia furnaces for different sintering materials.

Porcelain furnaces are usually used for the sintering of metal dentures or porcelain teeth, with a shorter overall sintering time and a maximum temperature of 1,200 degrees Celsius, with a vacuum function.

Zirconia furnaces are used for sintering all-ceramic teeth made of zirconium oxide material. Depending on the material, the maximum temperature can reach 1,550 degrees Celsius, without vacuum, and the sintering time is usually longer, but our zirconia sintering furnaces are able to complete the sintering much faster because of their unique design and heating elements, with the fastest sintering time of only 20 minutes.
